Refund and Return Policy

If you or your customers notice any issues with the products or any other aspect of the order, please submit a problem report within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims for lost packages during transit must be filed no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Any claims deemed to be a result of our error will be covered at our expense.

The return address is automatically set to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, you will receive an automated notification via email. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful’s facilities are not used as the return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.

Incorrect Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that are unclaimed and returned to our facility will require you to cover the cost of reshipping to you or your end customer (if applicable).

If you haven’t registered an account with printful.com and added a payment method, any returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or unclaimed shipments will not be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your expense (no refunds will be issued).

Printful does not accept returns of sealed products, such as but not limited to, face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders containing face masks will not be available for reshipping and will be discarded.

Returned by Customer – It’s advised to instruct your end customers to contact you before returning any products. Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns of sealed products and size exchanges are at your discretion and expense. If you decide to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you will need to place a new order at your own expense for a face mask or a product in a different size. Customers residing in Brazil who wish to return a product must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receipt and provide an image of the item. The request will be evaluated to ensure the product has not been used or damaged. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

EU Consumer Notice – According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are therefore unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene protection reasons.

Therefore, Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This policy will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
